Terms and conditions

Check-in: is anytime after 2PM

Check-out: Until 11 AM

Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund.

Late departure: Until 6:30 pm and charged 30% of the price per night (subject to availability)

Deposit: according to the number of night (In cash one night)

Transfer from the airport: Included for 6 people for a minimum stay of 5 nights

Other things to note:
The guest stay in our villa shall not be over the capacity mentioned in the listing
This is a rental villa and not a hotel, so if you wish to have dinner or other arrangements, kindly let us know in advance
